Majkens Mat
Genuine southern Swedish fare such as hamburgers, meatballs, fish, Baltic herring stuffed with dill and mustard, and potato pancakes with bacon and tasty trimmings. Majkens Mat is also open evenings from 3 June, offering a large grill buffet with meat, chicken and vegetables, salads, sauces and accompaniments.
Restaurant Linnea
Southern Swedish fare from Småland province, carefully prepared from scratch using high-quality local ingredients. Dishes include potato dumplings, hung and tenderised steak, smoked sausages and hot-smoked salmon. Restaurant Linnea has waiter service.
Kopparkrogen
Serves hearty food such as ribs with potato salad, lasagne and our Banquet Platter. Here in Wild Rose Valley you’ll also find coffee, cakes and ice-cream. Kopparkrogen opens on 2 June.
Hamnmagasinet
In Hamnmagasinet at Pippi’s we serve good, simple nutritious food that children like. Meatballs with mashed potato, chicken casserole with summer vegetables, oven-baked salmon with cold sauce and potatoes, and Hamnmagasinet’s Carbonara. There’s also coffee, buns, biscuits and Pippi ice-cream.
