Places to eat

There is a wide range of eateries at Astrid Lindgren’s World. Our restaurants Majkens Mat, Hamnmagasinet, Restaurant Linnea and Kopparkrogen serve well-prepared food for the whole family. Simpler food is available during this period from the School Street Grill. If you are looking for coffee and cake there’s the Town Hotel Pancake Buffet, Gammelgården, Seacrow Island Café, Harbour Café, our Bakery and The Waffle House. Ice-creams are sold at Pysslingglass ice-cream, Hamnmagasinet ice-cream and Gyllene Glassen. For opening hours go to Information at Astrid Lindgren’s World on arrival.

Shops

Our Souvenir Shop, bookshop, Pippi Shop and our Film & Music shop are open every day, and we also open Woodshed and Handelsboden country store at weekends.

Theatre programme

During this period you can meet Pippi Longstocking and her friends, along with Emil and his family, every day in the park. The daily programme includes different scenes from the books, and they are performed in the various settings.
