especially during Monday – Thursday. Easier to see, no

Food service
To have enough energy to play and get up to mischief with Pippi and Emil, you have to have a tummy full of good food. There is a lare number of restaurants and coffeshops in Astrid Lindgrens World. In our restaurants Majkens Mat, Hamnmagasinet and Restaurang Linnea we serve homecooked food for the whole family. Lighter meals can be found at Skolgatans gatukök in this period. If you are looking for a cup of coffee there is Stadshotellets Pannkaksbuffé, Gammelgården, Saltkråkans Café, Hamnkaféet, A. Larssons Bageri and Våffelstugan. You'll find ice-cream at Pysslingglassen, Hamnkrogens Glassbar och Gyllene Glassen. For opening hours please see information in Astrid Lindgrens World at your arrival.
Shops
Our Bookshop, the Pippi Shop, The Pippi Candy Shop, Film&music shop, Handelsboden, the Woodshed and our souvenir shop Alms General Store, with an array of fun things for sale exclusively here at Astrid Lindgren’s World, are all open during these days.
Teaterprogram
In this period you'll meet Pippi Longstocking and her friends, Emil in Lönneberga and his family, and Karlsson on the roof, Lillebror and mrs Bock in the park every day. The daily programme consists of various scenes from the different books played in their settings. In between the scenes the characters remains in the settings to meet and play with all children.
